Located in the heart of the Carladès region, close to Aurillac, this former farm building, completely renovated in 2021 and formerly used for grain storage, welcomes you to a pleasant little hamlet. You can relax in the year-round outdoor Spa for 4 people and enjoy a breathtaking view of Aubrac and the Goul valley.
This detached character house is located in the heart of the owners' farm on a basalt plateau overlooking the Rasthène and Embène valleys.
Enjoy the unobstructed view of the Aubrac and Cantal mountains.
Many activities are available: Hiking, golf at Vézac, visit to the Carlat rock site (climbing and virtual tour of the ancient fortress), discovery of the Ronesque rock site, Messilhac castle, water sports and swimming at the Laussac peninsula or Saint-Etienne Cantalès Lake, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and dog sledding at the Pailherols cross-country skiing station, skiing at the Super-Lioran station.
You'll enjoy 600 m² of unenclosed grounds, a south-facing front terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a covered side terrace with a 4-person Spa and outdoor shower.
