Nestled between Saint-Flour and Murat in the heart of the Planèze region, this detached house welcomes you to a quiet, unspoilt setting. Situated in a small hamlet at an altitude of 1000m, this region is ideal for outdoor activities: Hiking in the Cantal mountains, cross-country skiing at the Prat de Bouc and Super-Lioran ski resorts, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Ché ski lodge, swimming and water sports in the Truyère gorges and fishing in the Ander river. You can also discover the region's rich built heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, the Garabit viaduct and the Chaudes-Aigues spa. A circus school is located 500m from the Holiday cottage, with the possibility of courses, Hiking on quad bikes or all-terrain electric scooters in Ussel, and discovering sand yachting at the Coltines airfield.
This Holiday cottage has a semi-enclosed plot of 1200m², an enclosed terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. A small, secure park of around 10 m² is also available for your dogs. There are 8 mountain bikes and a 30m² single-storey garage for parking cars, motorcycles and bicycles. A playground for Kids, a soccer pitch and a boules pitch are 100m from the Holiday cottage.
First floor: living room with TV and internet access, integrated kitchenette, shower room with toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, 1 bedroom with 1X2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 separate WC and an unheated gaming room with billiards, table soccer and table tennis. Pellet-fired central heating (€50/week). Baby equipment available. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Cleaning deposit 50€. Grocery, bakery, cheese shop, electric recharging point in Valuéjols 4km. Murat and St Flour 12km.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette belle région. Le gite est très confortable , bien aménagé et les propriétaires sont charmant.
Le terrain est assez grand avec un chien, et le village est calme.

les ch'tis bon séjour
Gîte agréable et spacieux, bien situé pour découvrir et sillonner la région. Merci à la propriétaire pour le plateau de fromages et aussi pour la petite virée pour observer les cerfs lors du brame. Nous sommes repartis plein de bons souvenirs.

Gite bien doté en équipements.Le logement est très agréable, au calme.
La proximité de Saint Flour permet de faire des courses aisément.

Bbocq Belle découverte de l'Auvergne
Très bon accueil, gîte agréable et surpris de la fraîcheur du gîte malgré une canicule à l'extérieur (pas de clim et ventilateur nécessaire).
La cerise sur le gâteau le vol avec les oies à Coltines + les fromages bio à la coopérative à Valuéjols.

Séjour en couple avec nos deux setters. Le gîte est tout a fait adapté a un séjour avec animaux. Sandrine est une personne charmante. Son accueil est parfait. Le gîte est fonctionnel et spacieux, pratique géographiquement pour visiter cette région époustouflante.

Les Varois Sur la route des Monts du Cantal
Belle maison spacieuse, tres bien équipée et entretenue. Beau jardin clos bien entretenu et très apprécié par notre toutou. (Clôture escaladable par endroit pour notre grand chien)
Propriétaire sympathique et de bons conseils.
Commerces à proximité. Tres joli coin du Cantal pour randonner, visiter et déguster les bons fromages du Cantal
