You’ll enjoy a private indoor Piscine measuring 8.5 x 4.5 meters, which is heated and treated with salt. It features a terrace with sun loungers and a bathroom area with a shower and toilet.
There are many activities available nearby: explore Vitrac and its trompe-l’œil murals, as well as the “Le trou du diable” hiking trail; the village of Le Rouget with its Sunday Market, the Cassan Marshes, the Jordanne Gorges, the Pas de Cère site, and the Lioran winter and summer resort. The holiday cottage is located on a 4,000 m² wooded property. A large terrace awaits you, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for enjoyable moments in the open air, accessible from both the living room and the kitchen.
Inside, on the ground floor, you’ll find a large living room with a TV, a bright sunroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a TV and direct access to the terrace, a bedroom with one 160x200 bed and a private bathroom, as well as a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
