Located 12 km from the Saint-Etienne Cantalès Lake, this 19th-century detached character house has been completely restored. Stéphane and Thierry welcome you to their farm, where you can discover their farmhouse cheese production.
Things to do and see nearby: Swimming, water sports and fishing at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès, go-karting at Pers, hiking in the Cantalien Châtaigneraie and Monts du Cantal. You'll also be able to discover some of France's most beautiful villages, including Marcolès, Salers, Conques and Autoire, as well as the sites of Padirac and Rocamadour, and the Petites Cités de Caractère of Maurs, Marcolès and Laroquebrou.
The Holiday cottage has a 300m² unfenced plot with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, as well as a courtyard with private parking opposite the Holiday cottage (access to the farm via a passageway in front of the Holiday cottage). Storage room available.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV, wi-fi internet access, open-plan kitchenette, shower room with washing machine/dryer, separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a first space accessible from the living room with 1 bedroom fitted with 1 bed 160X200 and 1 baby bed, bathroom, separate wc, a second space with 2 bedrooms each equipped with 1 bed 160X200. In the attic, mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder with 2 single beds for Kids (beam height 1.40 m). Beds made on arrival. Linen supplied. Electric heating included. Rates include all charges. Cleaning deposit 75 €.
