Situated in a small hamlet in a quiet environment, this detached house of character, completely renovated in 2024, offers you a rejuvenating stay with its indoor spa for 5 people with shower. The house combines the charm of yesteryear, with its beams, exposed stonework and fireplace, with meticulous, personalized decoration.
Nearby, you can visit the châteaux of Val, Auzers, Anjony and Trémolière, and the villages of Salers and Tournemire, classified as France's Most Beautiful Villages. You can also discover the Salins waterfall, the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, hiking (Monts du Cantal, Col d'Aulac, Vallée du Mars, Gorges de la Dordogne...), fishing (Lac de Trizac, the Mars and the Dordogne), swimming and water sports (Lac du barrage de Bort les Orgues).
The gîte has a courtyard and 800m² enclosed grounds with private parking, trampoline, swing and sandpit. There's also an arbour, garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue and deckchairs.
First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with fireplace and pellet stove (pellets supplied), flat-screen connected TV, wifi and wired internet access, Bluetooth hi-fi system, storeroom with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet, wellness area with spa and shower in the veranda. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160X200, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90X200, shower room with WC. Baby equipment available (cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath). Beds will be made up on arrival and towels provided. The rooms and veranda have reversible air-conditioning. Electric heating included. All charges included. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
