Located 16 km from Aurillac and 13 km from the Saint-Étienne-Cantalès Dam, this single-story, detached bungalow welcomes you to the heart of a small hamlet in a peaceful setting.
Nearby, you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities: hiking and mountain biking right on site; fishing at Lake Crandelles and the Saint-Étienne-Cantalès Dam; swimming and water sports (jet skiing, boat and paddleboard rentals, Boat rental, water park, sailing, tree-top adventure courses…) at Lake Saint-Étienne Cantalès, and Nordic sports at the Col de Légal and Super-Lioran resorts. You can also explore the region’s rich architectural heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Aurillac and Laroquebrou, the villages of Salers, Tournemire, Autoire, and Collonges-la-Rouge—all designated as “Most Beautiful Villages of France”—as well as the sites of Puy Mary, Padirac, and Rocamadour.

The living room features a fireplace with an insert (free firewood) and a flat-screen TV, fiber-optic internet and Orange TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a single bed (180x190), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Electric heating included. Rates include all utilities.
A shed is available upon request for storing equipment, bicycles, motorcycles, trailers, and boats.
