Located at the gateway to the Lot and Corrèze départements, this detached character house built in 1890 and fully renovated in 2020 welcomes you to a small hamlet in a peaceful setting.
Nearby attractions include: Hiking, Swimming and water sports halfway to the lakes of Saint-Etienne Cantalès and Enchanet, Fishing in lake or river, gorges de la Cère, village of Laroquebrou classified as a Petites Cités de Caractère®, Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, electric pedal-boat at Nieudan.
This Holiday cottage has 1200 m² of semi-enclosed grounds planted with trees and not overlooked, with private parking, garden furniture, barbecue and swing. Storage room with sink.
First floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, fireplace with Godin wood-burning stove (0.3 m³ of wood supplied for one week, corresponding to the equivalent of a full log-stack / No additional wood available), flat-screen TV, wifi Internet access. On 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 150x190, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, separate toilet. Electric heating according to consumption. Fishing Holiday cottage. Pets not allowed upstairs (due to parquet flooring).

Merveilleux gîte
5/5Tout est réuni dans ce gîte pour passer de sublimes vacances. Très confortable, grands espaces extérieurs et vue absolument superbe. Tranquillité absolue, ce que nous venions chercher, mais également de très belles découvertes aux alentours.
Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire et de sa fille. Un grand merci pour le fromage et leurs nombreuses suggestions de visites et de restaurants. Nous avons passé 3 semaines de rêve. Ce gîte est vraiment à recommander.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Une première venue dans la région du Cantal très appréciable et avec un environnement fort agréable et reposant autour du gîte.
Le gîte en lui-même est sympathique avec son petit charme à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.
Un accueil du propriétaire sympathique et de bons conseils pour découvrir les produits du terroir.
À conseiller les yeux fermés.

Un gîte au cœur du pays vert
