Located in the heart of the Cantalian Chataigneraie region, between the Lot Valley and the Cantal Mountains, this holiday cottage is attached to the owners’ home and situated near their farm. You’ll have access to a wooden deck with patio furniture, a parasol, and lounge chairs, as well as a private parking space and an unfenced front yard of approximately 200 m².
Nearby attractions include: Fishing at the Maurs Lake, the Truyère Gorges, the medieval towns of Montsalvy, Marcolès, and Conques—the latter two designated as “Most Beautiful Villages of France”—a canoeing center in Vieillevie, and water sports at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès.
On the ground floor: living room with a fireplace featuring a wood-burning stove (free firewood), flat-screen TV, and Wifi Internet; fully equipped kitchenette; bathroom; separate toilet; and laundry area. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a separate toilet. Wood heating included. Rates include all utilities.
