On the edge of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, between the Monts du Cantal and the Massif du Sancy, this fully-renovated 1847 detached house of character welcomes you to a small hamlet in the countryside.
Numerous activities are available nearby: visit the Auzers and Trémolière castles, hike to the Col d'Aulac (15 km) and the Falgoux cirque (20 km). Only 15 km away: château de Val, beach for swimming, water-skiing, pedal-boating, fishing and accrobranche at the Aqua-loisirs base.
Terrace, courtyard and 600 m² enclosed grounds with gantry, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Bicycle storage available.
First floor: kitchen opening onto a large living room with flat-screen TV and fireplace (wood-burning stove €60/m3), bathroom with toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, 1 separate toilet. On 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Gite equipped with DVD player, wifi internet access and baby equipment. Oil-fired central heating included. Rates include all charges except wood. Animal supplement 10€ per week.

    Séjour août 2025

    Le gîtes est très charmant et bien équipé pour un séjour reposant.
    Le gîtes se trouve dans un endroit très calme et isolé, mais pour autant les commerces ne se trouve pas si loin (seulement 15min pour trouver une grande surface)
    Je vous conseil vivement pour un séjour reposant.

    Gîte super agréable, spacieux et équipé à souhait.
    Cour et terrain verdoyants bien entretenus.

    Très beau gîte mais…

    Gîte confortable et très bien équipé.
    Un camp de base parfait pour un week-end randonnée entre amis.
    Le seul couac est d’avoir du partir dans la précipitation avec l’arrivée du propriétaire et de la femme de ménage dès 10h10 le dimanche matin. Dommage !

    Vous avez trouvé mon gite confortable et bien équipé, je vous en remercie.
    Il n'est pas toujours possible de modifier l'heure de départ prévue dans le contrat surtout si l'on reçoit de nouveaux hôtes à 16 heures et que le ménage est à faire.
    Dans le cas présent j'aurais pu reporter d'une demi heure votre départ du gite mais je n'en avais pas été averti. Je vous ai toute fois demandé de prendre, sans vous précipiter, le temps nécessaire pour votre départ.
    Je regrette cet incident et vous accueillerai avec plaisir si vous décidez de revenir.

    Spacieux, propre, bel espace extérieur avec balançoire pour les enfants
    Fromagerie de salers er cantal à 500 m

    Tout es parfait, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés
