On the edge of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, between the Monts du Cantal and the Massif du Sancy, this fully-renovated 1847 detached house of character welcomes you to a small hamlet in the countryside.
Numerous activities are available nearby: visit the Auzers and Trémolière castles, hike to the Col d'Aulac (15 km) and the Falgoux cirque (20 km). Only 15 km away: château de Val, beach for swimming, water-skiing, pedal-boating, fishing and accrobranche at the Aqua-loisirs base.

First floor: fitted kitchenette opening onto a large living room with flat-screen TV and fireplace (wood-burning stove €60/m3), bathroom with toilet.
