Discover this Holiday cottage, built in 2024 in a wooden building adjoining another rental, located in the heart of the village of Saint-Étienne-de-Maurs. In the immediate vicinity of the owners' hotel-restaurant, it is part of a park also housing two Group holiday cottages, each accommodating 14 people. A 15x4 m pétanque court shared by all the park's accommodations is at your disposal. You'll also enjoy access to the hotel's leisure facilities directly opposite, including a 9x4.5 m unheated outdoor swimming pool open from May 9 to September 19, 2026, an 8-seater outdoor spa under cover open from May 9 to September 19, 2026, and a Sports hall open all year round.
The Holiday cottage, entirely on one level and designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility, offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It features a living room with flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi fiber connection, a modern kitchen with 2 induction hobs, combined microwave/grill oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Senséo pod coffee maker, and a bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed, and a second TV. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washing machine and electric towel dryer. Reversible air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom ensures optimum comfort in all seasons.
