Nestled in a small hamlet close to the Lot river, this detached character house welcomes you in a calm environment conducive to relaxation. Situated at the crossroads of Cantal, Lot and Aveyron, this region offers a wealth of attractions: the Cantal mountains, the Lot valley, Rocamadour and Padirac, Conques abbey church, the Poterie du Don, the Soulages museum in Rodez and the Lurçat museum in Saint Céré. You can also cool off and enjoy water sports at the Saint-Etienne Cantalès and Tolerme lakes.
This gîte benefits from a large semi-enclosed plot of land and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. First floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace (free wood) and Internet access, bathroom with toilet (towels provided). On the 1st floor, sitting area with flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system and bookcase, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (beds made up on arrival). Electric heating included. Rates include all utilities.

Percheron Séjour dans le cantal
Très belle région.de belles visites à faire en plus nous avons eu très beau temps pour un mois de novembre.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire,bouquet de fleurs sur la table et plaisirs gustatifs en plus.
Le gîte tel qu il est décrit et très bien équipé.

Très bien reçu des présents inattendu du fromage de la région du vin de la charcuterie ainsi qu ´un bouquet de fleurs Monsieur Brasquie est une personne prévenante et qui a su nous mettre à l ´aise tout de suite je recommande fortement ce gîte tant par la personne que le lieu et la région calme à souhait nous on a aimé et on reviendra promis

Sweety Une semaine hors du temps
Nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Vin, salaisons et fromages plus des fleurs à notre arrivée !
Le gîte est spacieux et très bien équipé.
Il ne manque rien, ce qui est très appreciable.
Il est également très bien situé. A proximité (moins d'une heure de trajet), on trouve à s'occuper en famille pour tous les goûts, lac, rivières, chateaux, station de ski, randonnées, volcans, villages de caractère.
Une très belle expérience.
Mention speciale au propriétaire des lieux.

Grand gîte bien placé en pleine campagne avec grand terrain, terrasse et balcon, calme et bien orienté.
Frais dans la maison, après une randonnée sous le soleil c'est parfait!
