Located 11 km from Aurillac, this detached character house dating from 1879 and renovated in 2024 welcomes you to a small hamlet.
The region is ideal for a variety of activities: swimming and water sports at the Saint Etienne Cantalès lake, hiking in the Cantal mountains, the Puy Mary Grand Site National, the Dordogne valley, fishing at the Crandelles lake. You can also discover the wealth of the region's built heritage by visiting the historic center of Aurillac, the medieval town of Laroquebrou and the villages of Salers and Tournemire classified as Plus Beaux Villages de France.
The gîte has 1200 m² of enclosed grounds with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and two deckchairs. You also have access to a second large green space of 1000 m². Private parking for up to three cars at the entrance to the gîte. Possibility of storage room in annex building.
First floor: large living room with fireplace (free wood) and TV, wifi internet access via fiber, fully equipped open-plan kitchenette, separate toilet, washing machine in under-stair cupboard.
On the 1st floor, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, large shower room with two basins, separate toilet, library area on the landing.
Central heating by heat pump. Electricity charged extra according to consumption. Rates include all charges in high and very high seasons. Staircase not safe for young children (first 3 steps).
Shops in Jussac or Saint Paul des Landes 6.5 km away.

SR Super sejour dans ce gîte rénové avec goût
Maison typique du Cantal très bien rénovée et aménagée avec goût pour le confort de toute la famille.
Un beau séjour avec coin cheminée, une belle cuisine/salle à manger idéale pour la vie collective.
Une vue super sur la vallée et de tres belles promenades aux alentours.

Un gîte 3 épis ,très très bien équipé et fonctionnel!
Vue sur les vaches Salers depuis la salle de bain, le clin d'oeil Cantalou.
Très sympa aussi ,le lac Genevrières (ombragé).

Alain un excellent séjour!
Maison entièrement rénovée tout en conservant son caractère typique de la région.
Le tout parfaitement équipé et propre.
Nous avons également apprécié le jardin, les espaces extérieurs au calme, la vue vers Teissières ...
Situation intéressante, bien centrée entre monts et vallées du Cantal, pays de Salers, lacs de Cantalès et d’Enchanet etc et Aurillac n’est pas loin.
Merci également à Michel pour son accueil chaleureux tout au long de ces trois semaines : à la fois respectueux et de très bon contact.
