14 km from Aurillac, between the Cantal mountains and the Aveyron, this detached house in the owner's grounds welcomes you in a peaceful setting. The 10x5m heated private swimming pool is secured by an electric shutter and open from May 23 to September 26, 2026. To complete this outdoor space, a 25m² Wellbeing area has been set up at the top of the pool. It includes a 5-seater Spa, shower, TV and reversible air conditioning. Access available all year round, on request and at an additional cost (€190 per week). The Holiday cottage's location is ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities, including Hiking in the Parc naturel régional des volcans d'Auvergne and the Lot valley, canoeing and kayaking in Viellevie, and golf in Vézac (7 km). You can also discover the local heritage with the villages of Conques, Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France. 2000m² of unenclosed grounds with private swimming pool, pétanque court, covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, deckchairs and ping-pong table.
On the first floor, the house is equipped with a fitted kitchenette, a living room with flat-screen TV and pellet stove (€8 per bag), an independent toilet with laundry area. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, flat-screen TV and balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds convertible into 1 bed 180X190 (Beds made on arrival) and flat-screen TV, shower room with wc (Bathroom linen provided). The Holiday cottage is equipped with a fiber optic internet connection: repeaters have been installed to broadcast wifi inside the house and throughout the exterior. Electric heating with reversible air conditioning included in the rental price. All inclusive except granules. Certificate of holiday insurance to be given to the owner on arrival. Shops in Vézac 7 km. Arpajon sur Cère 10 km. Lafeuillade 10km.

Julien Un excellent séjour
Un lieu charmant, le gîte est plutôt haut de gamme : très bien équipé, décoré avec goût et en excellent état. Et la clim est très appréciable, notamment pendant notre 1ère semaine caniculaire...
Les extérieurs sont de grande qualité. Les photos de l'annonce donnent un avant-goût très positif, mais la réalité est encore mieux.
Un havre de paix au milieu des champs, aucune nuisance. Et pas trop loin des commodités. Idéalement placé pour rayonner dans le Cantal.
Des propriétaires attentionnés, discrets et chaleureux.Nous avons passé 15 agréables jours en famille (couple + 2 enfants) dans ce gîte que nous recommandons.

Isagnet Tout simplement parfait !
Nous avons passé une super semaine ! Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, le gîte est vraiment très confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons eu la chance d avoir un beau soleil durant toute la semaine qui nous a permis de pouvoir profiter de la piscine, du terrain de pétanque et du salon et chaises longues. Le cadre est vraiment très chouette ! Merci
