Situated in a secluded location, this detached house, completely renovated in 2025, is set in a quiet, unspoilt environment in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne.
On site, you can discover the local flora and fauna, and enjoy Hiking and Fishing on the 7-hectare estate, which also boasts a rock-climbing site, a cave and the Rhue river. Nearby, you can enjoy swimming and water sports at Lastioulles and Bort-les-Orgues lakes, visit the town of Riom-es-Montagnes, the village of Salers, Val castle and Vulcania. Situated between the Monts du Cantal and the Massif du Sancy, this region is ideal for exploring the great outdoors.
You'll have access to an unfenced plot with parking (under construction), a bicycle storage room adjoining the Holiday cottage and a terrace area with garden furniture and plancha.
First floor: dining room with fully-equipped kitchenette and pellet stove (pellets supplied), sitting area, no TV available, shower room and separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 3 beds 80x200, 2 of which can be converted into 1 bed 160X200. Beds made on arrival. Electric heating included.
