Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne and 300 m from the first ski lift, this wooden chalet built in 2022 welcomes you to the Lioran resort.
Many activities are possible in the area: in winter, you can enjoy the resort (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledging, snowshoeing, ice skating); in summer, you can practice accrobranche, mountain biking, go hiking (Grand Site du Puy Mary, Puy Griou, Plomb du Cantal,...), discover many waterfalls, the Alagnon gorges, the Pas de Cère site, visit the medieval town of Murat and its wildlife house, as well as many castles.
There's parking (2 spaces) next to the chalet, a charging point for electric cars (invoiced according to consumption), a wooden terrace and an unfenced area with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. There's also a 4-seater wood-burning sauna at the far end of the grounds.
First floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, sitting area, flat-screen TV and pellet stove (pellets supplied free of charge), 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, shower room, laundry room and separate toilet. Upstairs, in the attic, mezzanine with sitting area and flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Electric heating included up to 120 kwh in winter and 56 kwh in summer, according to consumption above that. Electric heating in bedrooms and shower room, pellet stove in living room. Gîte close to the N122 and D67 for access to the Super-Lioran resort.
