Located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, house renovated in 2019 adjoining an uninhabited house.
Nearby attractions include the Pas de Cère gorges, numerous local and nearby hikes in the Monts du Cantal, and the Super-Lioran ski resort, with outdoor activities in summer and winter (accrobranche, mountain biking, cable car, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, racket sports, zip lines...). Vic-sur-Cère has an outdoor swimming pool, a park with lots of games for children, tennis courts and mini-golf.
The gîte has an enclosed courtyard with veranda. At the rear of the gîte: garden with terrace and garden furniture. First floor: fitted kitchen, living room with flat-screen TV and fireplace with wood-burning stove (free wood), shower room, separate toilet. On 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can be twinned), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room with wc, possibility of extra bed with sofa bed in upstairs hallway. Beds made up on arrival. Wifi internet access. Oil-fired central heating included. Rates include all charges. Payment by bank transfer possible.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont d'une grande gentillesse.
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans le gîte qui est très propre et très bien équipé.
L'endroit est calme et reposant et bénéficie d'une vue sur le plomb du Cantal et sur la vallée de la Cère.
Notre chien a également apprécié le grand jardin à l'arrière de la maison qui est clôturé.

Le gîte est très chouette ! Rénové récemment, la cuisine est bien équipée. La literie est très confortable.
