Located between the Cantal mountains and the Lot valley, this 1911 character house, semi-detached from a second home, welcomes you to a peaceful setting in the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie.
Many activities are possible nearby: discover the Lot valley, the sites of Padirac and Rocamadour, visit the Vallée des Daims, Conques classified as one of France's most beautiful villages, canoeing and kayaking at Vieillevie, Hiking in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne.
You'll enjoy a terrace and 250 m² of private enclosed grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. There's also an above-ground swimming pool open from June 27 to August 29, 2026, and a 3000 m² semi-enclosed plot shared with the owner and a second home.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV and fireplace (free wood-burning stove), equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Beds made on arrival, mini-stereo and wifi internet access. Electric heating according to consumption. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et nous conforte dans l'idée que le Cantal est une terre d'accueil.
Le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la région. Son confort correspond au descriptif : jardin agréable et apaisant, intérieur bien soigné et bien décoré avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Literie très correcte .

MIMI UN SUPER ACCUEIL
Nous avons été très très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, invitation dans la semaine à prendre l'apéritif (c'est la première fois qu'un propriétaire nous reçoit ainsi), fournitures de légumes de leur jardin, de confiture maison...quant au gîte, il est fonctionnel, très bien agencé, et très bien équipé. nous avons passé une super semaine, à la campagne, au calme. A refaire.

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines, très bon accueil les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et disponibles . Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé. La piscine est un plus surtout quand il fait très chaud . Nous recommandons ce gîte.
