South-facing living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, library, wifi internet access, possibility of a sofa bed for one person. Fitted kitchenette, Nespresso coffee machine, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, shower room and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. Wood-fired central heating included in price.
All shops and services on site. Apartment close to train station, city bus and intercity transport on site.

From spring to autumn, take in the breathtaking scenery on winding mountain roads. You can explore the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne on foot, horseback or by bike, discover the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, visit Salers and Tournemire classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France. You can play golf at Sansac de Marmiesse 13 km and Vézac 12 km, and enjoy fishing, swimming and water sports at the Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake.

Didith Séjour Aurillac
Propriétaires charmants ,aceuillants et attentionnés .Appartement trés agréable lumineux,décoré avec goùt,on se sent comme chez soi .Trés fonctionnel ne manque rien dans la cuisine, ayant fait un long séjour nous avons méme pu faire de la patisserie !Le plus un parking . Seul petit bémol ,le voisin du dessusqui oue de la guitare et chante un peu trop forttrop longtemps Recommandons vivement

Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants (ils m’ont permis d’utiliser leur garage afin d’y ranger ma moto, ce qui m’arrangeait bien!).
L’appartement est impeccable, bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé, situé dans une résidence calme.
Nous y avons séjourné dans le cadre du festival de théâtre de rue et sa localisation est plutôt appréciable.

Tout parfait. Description appartement honnête. Refait il y a plusieurs années mais semble neuf et équipé avec goût. Immeuble silencieux. Accès facile, grandes surfaces à proximité. Rien à dire sauf du bien.
