In the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this fully renovated 1850 detached house adjoining another Holiday cottage welcomes you to a pleasant little hamlet 3 km from Condat.
Ideally located, it is within easy reach of the Cantal mountains, the Sancy massif and the nearby Puy de Dôme, offering magnificent Hiking opportunities and the discovery of lakes, castles and picturesque villages.
Just a few kilometers away, you can also take advantage of the Lastioulles and Bort-les-Orgues lakes for swimming or fishing, admire the Saillant waterfall in Marcenat or the Cornillou waterfall in Montboudif, stroll through the medieval town of Murat, ride the vélorail and discover the Gentiane Express train. Winter sports enthusiasts will love cross-country skiing in Montgreleix and Marcenat, and Alpine skiing in Super-Besse.
There's a terrace and enclosed grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

Laurent Très bon séjour
Gîte très agréable et bien équipé. Bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. Le gîte est au calme mais proche de la grand-route, à 5 minutes des commerces.

Paulo59 Plonger au cœur de la nature.
Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire à l'heure prévue. Le gîte est d'une propreté exemplaire et dispose de chambres spacieuses avec une literie confortable. Le gîte dispose de tout l'électro ménager utile pour un long séjour. Les extérieurs sont très suffisants et bien aménagés. En conclusion tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour

Jean-Phi Un moment zen au cœur du Cantal
Gîte isolé juste ce qu'il faut, avec un splendide panorama et des chemins de randonnée accessibles très facilement, les Salers et leurs veaux en voisins bucoliques : bref, tous les ingrédients pour passer un agréable séjour, couper du quotidien et retrouver un peu de zénitude.

Séjour très agréable, du calme et de la nature, tout ce que nous recherchions. Un bel accueil de la part des propriétaires, nous avons omis de vous remercier pour le petit gâteau à notre arrivée d'ailleurs, merci
À proximité de la montagne, de sentiers de randonnée.
Gîte bien équipé, machine à laver un peu juste pour une famille avec 4 enfants, et tancarville juste aussi, mais il y a une corde à linge à linge à l'extérieur (pour les beaux jours)- Cleanliness
