In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, between Mauriac and Riom-es-Montagnes, this spacious house with fishing label is located in a village of 5 independent gîtes on the banks of the river Sumène. Nestled in a small mid-mountain village, the Cantal Emotions Holiday cottage village is the perfect base for discovering the jewels of the Cantal and Auvergne regions. With us, you'll enjoy a vacation in the fresh air, with your feet firmly planted on Europe's largest volcano. You can go hiking (Col d'Aulac, Mars Valley, Puy Mary, etc.), fishing (Trout Area at Roussillou with Guillaume, Trizac and Menet lakes, Sumène and Mars rivers), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (cross-country skiing center at Le Falgoux) and swimming (Trizac and Bort-les-Orgues lakes).
This Holiday cottage is located on a property with private parking, a reception area with a fishing section, and mountain bike rental.
There's a 5000m² communal area with a mini-farm, petanque pitch, badminton court, trampoline and nature activities (marmot encounters, Roussillou walks, Fishing workshop) organized by the owner in summer. The Holiday cottage has a private terrace with pergola, garden furniture and barbecue. First floor: living room with flat-screen TV and wi-fi internet access, fitted kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80X200 that can be twinned into 1 bed 160X200, shower room, separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 80X200 that can be made into 1 bed 160X200. Electric heating according to consumption. 2 reinforced sockets with meter for recharging electric cars available in the Holiday cottage village (recharging at extra charge). Cleaning deposit €100. Animal supplement payable to owners: cat 10€, small dog 25€, medium and large dog 40€. Minimum 3-night rental for bridge weekend from 480€.
