Located in a small mountain hamlet, at the foot of Puy Chavaroche and the Bois Noir forest, this completely renovated independent house of character from 1850 welcomes you in a preserved natural site.
In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, this region is ideal for hiking (GR4, GR400, Grand Site National du Puy Mary, Puy Chavaroche nearby) and for discovering the mountain fauna and flora. A high mountain guide (Vincent Terrisse) can help you discover Cantal through climbing or canyoning.
You can also visit the traditional local architecture with the Romanesque churches, the medieval town of Fontanges, the Most Beautiful Villages in France of Salers and Tournemire, the castles of Anjony and Saint-Chamant.
Nestled on the edge of a stream, this cottage has an open plot of 1600 m² with garage, terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs. A private wellness area below the grounds (spa for 6 people, infrared sauna for 2 people equipped with MP3 player, shower, toilets, towels available) can be offered to you on request from the owner (€150 per week to be paid extra on place to the owner).
On the ground floor, fitted kitchen area, living room with fireplace (free wood insert), flat screen TV, DVD player and wifi internet access, bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with shared balcony. Baby equipment available. Beds made on arrival and linens provided. Electric heating according to consumption. Cleaning deposit €80.
