Located in the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie region, at the gateway to the Lot and Aveyron departments, this characterful Semi-detached house, completely renovated in 2024, welcomes you to a peaceful setting. It combines the charm of yesteryear, with its exposed beams and stonework, with meticulous decoration.
Nestled just a stone's throw from the Truyère Gorges, this region is ideal for exploring the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne and the Lot Valley. Nearby, you can enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming and water sports at the St Gervais and St Etienne Cantalès lakes. You can also visit the Petites Cités de Caractère of Montsalvy and Marcolès, the medieval towns of Aurillac and Laguiole, and the villages of Conques, Tournemire and Salers, just like Marcolès, classified as the Most Beautiful Village in France.
This Holiday cottage has 1500m² of enclosed grounds with a fenced pond to the front and a small enclosed outdoor space to the rear of the house. You'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
On the first floor, living room with fireplace and pellet stove (€7 per bag, 1st bag free), flat-screen TV and Internet access, large dining room with fitted kitchenette equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and Senseo coffee maker, laundry room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160X200, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80X200 convertible into 1 bed 160X200, shower room and separate WC. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Central heating by heat pump included in the price.

famille normande Super gîte!
Super accueil par Jean-Pierre & Sandrine! Très beau gîte, où tout a été bien pensé et aménagé : il y a même des placards pour ranger les provisions, c'est suffisamment rare pour être souligné! Gîte au calme, dans un beau décor (magnifiques levers de soleil!), nous recommandons vivement!

cathy24 superbe gite
Deuxième séjour dans ce gîte où nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous. Sandrine et Jean Pierre sont des hôtes attentionnés et à l'écoute.tout est étudié pour faciliter le séjour. Équipement électro-ménager au top (rare dans un gîte de bénéficier d'appareils aussi performants). Vous ne manquerez de rien et vous pourrez bénéficier de vacances au calme dans un grand terrain, avec une superbe vue. Nous avons un petit chien qui apprécie également ce gîte puisqu'il a une petite cour fermée derrière le gîte et un grand terrain devant également clos. je recommande vivement ce gîte, à proximité de sites à visiter et une possibilité de faire de belles ballades à pied sans prendre la voiture. Gîte et hôtes parfaits.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Sandrine et Jean-Pierre, avec qui nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à bavarder .
Le gîte est tout simplement génial , très confortable, décoré avec soin et équipé d'appareils électroménagers de qualité.
Situé très au calme , avec une superbe vue sur la nature , nous avons apprécié pouvoir prendre nos repas dehors et nous reposer après nos longues journées découvertes de cette belle région. Nous y étions si bien qu'il a été difficile de repartir !
