Situated near the Maronne gorges and the Enchanet dam, this fully-renovated 1935 detached house welcomes you to a small hamlet.
There's plenty to do in the area: discover the village of Tournemire and the medieval town of Salers, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, hike through the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, discover the Grand Site de France du Puy Mary, the Dordogne valley, numerous waterfalls and visit castles.
The gîte has 500 m² of enclosed grounds with covered terrace, garden furniture, lounge, deckchairs, barbecue and children's play area (swing, plastic playhouse).
Raised first floor: living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV, wifi internet access, fitted kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed and 1 x 120-person bed, bathroom with toilet. Electric heating included. All charges included. Parking for one car available in the courtyard in front of the gîte. For 2 or more animals, a cleaning fee is required.
