Nestled on the border between the Cantal and Corrèze departments, between the Cantal mountains and the Sancy massif, this fully-renovated detached house welcomes you to the small, peaceful village of Champagnac.
Located 13 km from the Lac de Bort les Orgues, you can enjoy a wide range of activities, including supervised swimming, fishing, water-skiing, canoeing, sailing and a visit to the emblematic Château de Val. You can discover the Dordogne gorges and the Parc Régional Naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne, and go hiking at Puy Mary, Puy de Sancy, Lac Pavin and Lac Chauvet. You can also visit the mine museum in Champagnac and the Vulcania theme park.
This detached house benefits from 1500m² of enclosed wooded grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. There's also a garage, private parking, pétanque court and plenty of outdoor play equipment (3 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes, basketball hoop, skittles...).
First floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with pellet stove (pellets supplied), flat-screen TV and Internet access, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and shower room with WC. On the 1st floor, sitting area with games and books, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and separate WC. Baby equipment available. Electric heating included. All charges included.

Marion Très agréable séjour dans le cantal
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce joli gîte de champagnac. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et conseillés pour trouver du bon fromage.
Le jardin clos a fait le bonheur des enfants et de notre chien (bobtail). Calme assuré.
Le gîte est très bien équipé et riche en jeux extérieurs pour enfants (il y a même un skateboard ce qui a fait le bonheur de notre fils).
Nous avons recommandé le gîte à des amis et nous reviendrons avec plaisir à champagnac. Un grand merci !- Cleanliness

Notre séjour c est tres bien passé dans une maison super confort, exceptionnelle , et très fonctionnelle dans un contexte très agréable on y retournera avec grand plaisir , les propriétaires sont très sympathiques on ce sent chez soi dans cette maison, je le conseille à de nombreuses personnes qui recherche une location dans le cantal pour un week-end ou vacances a un tarif tres compétitifs .
