Between Allanche and Neussargues, you’ll enjoy a preserved natural environment. Nearby, you can explore the rich local flora and fauna, Hike through the summer pastures of the Cézallier Plateau, the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, and the Pinatelle forest, and explore the Puy Mary National Grand Site as well as the Veyrines, Terrisse, and Courbière waterfalls. You can also go downhill skiing at the Super Lioran resort and fishing at Lake Pêcher and in the Allanche River.
This charming semi-detached house, adjoining an unused barn, features a private parking space, a storage area for bicycles and motorcycles, and an unfenced yard (currently being seeded with grass).
