Located 17km from the medieval town of Saint Flour, between the Plomb du Cantal and the Truyère gorges, this detached character house welcomes you to the small village of Cussac.
Nearby, you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities: hiking (Puy Mary and Plomb du Cantal), discovering the local flora and fauna (Narse de Lascols Natura 2000 zone), downhill skiing and Nordic activities at the Super Lioran and Prat de Bouc resorts, fishing in the Truyère gorges and swimming and water sports at the Mallet leisure center. You can also visit the medieval towns of Saint Flour and Murat, the Chaudes Aigues spa, the Ternes and Alleuze castles and the Garabit viaduct.
The gîte has a large unfenced plot with parking and storage space for motorcycles and bicycles. You can share a convivial moment on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs. You'll also have access to 2 mountain bikes for adults and one for children.
On the first floor, spacious living room with fireplace and pellet stove (supplied free of charge), flat-screen TV and Internet access, fitted kitchenette, sitting area with flat-screen TV, DVD player and library, shower room and separate toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90X200, shower room and separate WC.
