Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne and the Planèze de Saint-Flour, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to a small mountain hamlet at 1100 m altitude. This region is ideal for Hiking and outdoor activities: the Holiday cottage is on the GR4 trail and close to Plomb du Cantal, with the ski resorts of Super-Lioran, Prat de Bouc and Le Ché waiting to be discovered. You can also visit the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour and explore the Truyère gorges. This 1900 semi-detached house has been completely renovated. It benefits from enclosed grounds and a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. First floor: spacious living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove) and flat-screen TV, integrated kitchenette, shower room with toilet. On 1st floor, 1 bedroom with a 160X200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, shower room with WC. Washing machine with dryer. Board games for Kids available. Internet access via Starlink satellite. Oil-fired central heating included. 3.5 km to shops in Valuéjols. Holiday cottage next to a farm.

Saturnin Gite agréable
Bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Petites attentions de sa part nous sont offertes.
Confort ok. 2 salles d'eau avec aux rdc et 1er étage bien pratique.
Le petit jardin est entièrement clos et pour nos 2 petits chiens c'était très bien.
Le gîte est prêt d'une ferme on a pu voir la traite des vaches.
Le seul point à signaler c'est pour stationner les voitures car les vaches passent à côté. Le fermier nous a indiqué où les garer.- Cleanliness

Bon accueil de la propriétaire, maison à 1100m d altitude, au calme, dans un petit lieu dit. La petite cour verdoyante est très agreable et bien équipée avec tables, chaises et parasol.
Très belle et spacieuse pièce au rez-de-chaussée, très bien aménagée et confortable, on s'y sent comme à la maison. La cuisine ouverte est très pratique et il ne manque absolument rien en vaisselle, contenants et matériels. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est bonne et le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bain est très pratique. Cette location a tout pour passer un très bon séjour. Et merci pour les petites attentions bien sympathiques à notre arrivée, c'était très bon.- Cleanliness
