Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne and 12 km from Salers, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, this character house built in 1733 and entirely renovated in 2016 welcomes you in a calm and pleasant environment.
There's plenty to do in the area: the Estives walk 5 km away, numerous hiking trails (Grand Site de France du Puy Mary, Puy Violent, Puy Chavaroche...), the Haut-Cantal green trail, electric bike rental in Salers, discover the Mars valley, the Salins waterfall, visit the Trémolière, Anjony and Auzers castles, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Col de Légal.
You'll enjoy a terrace and enclosed courtyard at the front, and a 1000 m² semi-enclosed plot at the side with garden furniture and deckchairs. Private parking is available opposite the Holiday cottage.
First floor: living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, fitted kitchen, separate toilet. 1st floor: bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Gaming room (1.85 m high beams) with direct access to the garden. Beds made on arrival. Heating included. Rates include all charges. Pet supplement €20 per pet per stay.

Die Vermieterin hat uns wieder, wie im vergangenen Jahr, ganz rührend empfangen und uns das Haus in aller Ruhe im Detail erklärt. Das Haus ihrer Großmutter wurde sehr liebevoll bis in das kleinste Detail renoviert und modernisiert. Das hunderte Jahre alte Haus bietet den Komfort und eine Behaglichkeit eines neuen, modernen Hauses, kombiniert mit dem Charme aus vergangenen Tagen, aber auch moderne Designobjekte. Das Haus und der große Garten machen sowohl bei gutem als auch regnerischem Wetter viel Spaß. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt Wanderungen auf die Sommerweiden unternehmen. Eine gute Bäckerei und ein Direktvermarkter von Fleisch von Salers-Rindern sind in 1 km Entfernung zu finden.

Minos et ses maîtres Nuits calmes , jours paisibles
Troisième séjour dans la maison de Léa qui n’en finît pas de nous dévoiler ses charmes . Le vaste jardin fleuri plein de coins sympas pour le farniente, le confort des canapés dans le cantou du salon , et celui des chambres , la décoration mêlant ancien et contemporain où chaque objet a trouvé la bonne place .

Das hunderte Jahre alte Haus bietet den Komfort und eine Behaglichkeit eines neuen Hauses, kombiniert mit dem Charme aus vergangenen Tagen aber auch moderne Designobjekte. Wir haben den Urlaub trotz teilweise schlechtem Wetter in vollen Zügen genießen können. Und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in dem Haus im kommenden Jahr.
