Situated in a peaceful setting, in the hamlet of Lessenat, this detached single-storey house welcomes you to the heart of the Carladès region, close to the Aveyron department.
Many activities are available nearby, including golf at Vézac (9 km), a virtual visit to the ancient fortress of the Carlat rock, the Ronesque site, climbing, Hiking, the Cantal mountains and the Truyère valley. You can also enjoy water sports and swimming at Lake Sarrans, 35 km away, or at Rénac in Saint-Etienne Cantalès, 40 km away.
There's a storage room, a courtyard and enclosed grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and a plancha.
