Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this detached character house dating from 1838 and renovated in 2016 welcomes you in pleasant surroundings at an altitude of 1050 m.
This region is ideal for a wide range of activities: Hiking in the heart of the Monts du Cantal (Puy Griou, Plomb du Cantal, Grand Site National du Puy Mary,...), Super-Lioran winter and summer resort 8 km away (Ski, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, accrobranche, mountain biking,....), discover the Pas de Cère site, the Jordanne gorges, waterfalls, visit castles, the medieval cities of Murat and Saint-Flour and the City of Aurillac.
There's a 40 m² south-facing terrace and 600 m² of private enclosed grounds in front of the Holiday cottage and terrace.
First floor: dining room with fireplace (wood-burning stove €20/week), fully-equipped kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player, shower room (Italian-style shower) with toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 x 1-person bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 1-person beds, large bathroom with wc. 2nd floor: 1 unenclosed attic bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed and 1 x 130-person bed. Oil-fired central heating (€70/week). Compulsory cleaning 70 € to be paid on site. Pet supplement €20/week. Snow Holiday cottage (winter equipment mandatory: tires and chains from 15/11 to 15/03). Holiday cottage on the farm. Area covered by 4G.
