Its elegant, unique, and carefully curated decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In an exceptional natural setting, just a stone’s throw from the Sancy Massif and the Dordogne Gorges, you’ll enjoy a remarkable panoramic view of the Sumène Valley—a true invitation to relax and escape.
Nearby, you can enjoy outdoor activities: hiking (Puy Mary, Puy de Sancy, Cézallier), Fishing (the Sumène River, the lakes of Trizac and Menet), Swimming, and water sports at the lakes of Bort-les-Orgues and Lastioulles. You can also visit the towns of Riom-es-Mountain and Salers, as well as the castles of Auzers and Val.
This holiday cottage features an open yard with private parking and a pétanque court. You can enjoy relaxing moments on the large furnished terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, or unwind in the outdoor relaxation area under the pergola.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a majestic living room—bright and spacious—equipped with a smart TV with a Netflix subscription and internet access. A large, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed kitchen offers all the comforts you need to prepare and share your meals.
This level also includes two bedrooms, each featuring a 160 x 200 cm double bed and its own private bathroom, as well as a large bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs, a cozy lounge area with a TV is at your disposal. You’ll also find two sleeping areas: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.
For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided. The holiday cottage features heat pump heating and reversible air conditioning upstairs.
