Located in a small hamlet, this character house, adjoining the owners' holiday home and fully renovated in 2022, offers a rejuvenating stay with its private outdoor spa for 4 people available all year round.
Many activities are available nearby: swimming and water sports at the Lanau and Garabit-Mallet leisure centers, the Chaudes-Aigues spa, the Garabit viaduct, hiking in the Cantal mountains and Aubrac, fishing in the Truyère gorges, skiing at Super-Lioran and Prat de Bouc.
You'll enjoy this tastefully decorated house and its outdoor facilities: pleasant, partially enclosed private garden and large covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and gas hob. After a day's walking, you can relax in the outdoor spa. There's also a games room with table tennis and table soccer in the adjoining barn (independent access from the rear of the building), 4 adult mountain bikes and a trampoline.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV, library and wifi internet access, fully-equipped kitchenette, shower room with toilet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x200 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room, separate shower room and toilet.
Beds made on arrival and household linen provided. Bathrobes are also provided for the spa. Wood pellet central heating included in the price (underfloor heating on first floor and radiators upstairs). Rates include all utilities.

Lydie Parfait
Le gîte est sublime, calme, spacieux, lumineux, très confortable. Le plus le jacuzzi après une journée à se balader pour se relaxer.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
La région est parfaite pour faire des randonnées agrémentées de bon petits plats.

Les Parisiens Nous reviendrons!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un gîte impeccable, très propre où rien ne manque. Les enfants ont été comblés avec le babyfoot, table de ping pong, fléchettes, trampoline et vélo.....

Menileda Un cadre idyllique et reposant
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce très beau gîte, rénové avec goût. L'accueil chaleureux, la propreté, le confort (en particulier de la literie), et les nombreux équipements (notamment pour notre bébé) ont été très appréciables. Nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas eu le temps de profiter de tout ce qui est proposé ! Mais nous avons passé une semaine très relaxante dans ce petit nid au cadre enchanteur. La terrasse couverte est en particulier un vrai plus, sans parler du jacuzzi bien sûr. Il y a beaucoup de randonnées et d'activités de plein nature à faire aux alentours, sans parler des découvertes patrimoniales bien sûr. Merci encore pour l'accueil qui nous a été réservé

Cat Magnifique Gïte
Séjour très agréable, les propriétaires sont accueillants et attentionnés, gîte très confortable décoré avec beaucoup de goût ou rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis Nous avons profité du jacuzzi. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation et avec grand plaisir.
