Nestled in the Lagnon valley, 4 km from the medieval town of Murat, this fully-renovated 1850 single-storey house of character, adjoining another holiday cottage (n°258), welcomes you in unspoilt surroundings in the small hamlet of Auzolles-Bas, 2 km from Albeperierre.
Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this region offers many sites to discover: the ski resorts of Prat de Bouc (8 km) and Super-Lioran (15 km), Plomb du Cantal, Puy Mary, and the towns of Murat and Saint-Flour.
Enclosed grounds and terrace with garden furniture. Living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV and Internet access, fitted kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, separate toilet. Des propriétaires à l'écoute, très sympathiques, très très gentils, expliquent la région donnent de bons plans, la petite fermette d un calme, reposant, d une propreté inégalée, que de bons souvenirs, nous resterons fidèles quand nous reviendrons dans le Cantal...location exceptionnelle pour nous.

Charmante fermette rénovée, mais qui a les défauts de ses qualités : l’intérieur est assez sombre. La terrasse n'est pas exposée au soleil le soir, dommage. Le spectacle des vaches matin et soir fut un vrai plaisir.
