Nestled in the heart of the Cézallier region, this fully renovated, characterful house from 1850—which is a semi-detached house and offers panoramic views of the Cantal Mountains—welcomes you for a pleasant stay.
This region offers a wide range of activities: hiking on the Cézallier Plateau, in the Santoire Valley, and in the Sancy Massif; exploring the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park; the Saillant and Veyrines waterfalls, the Gentiane Express tourist train, fishing and Swimming at Lake Lastioulles, fishing also available at the Essarts Dam and Lake Bort-les-Orgues, Cross-country skiing in Montgreleix and Marcenat, and downhill skiing in Super-Besse.
This holiday cottage features a large terrace and a fenced-in 2,000 m² property with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a barbecue, a swing set, a ping-pong table, and a trampoline. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace (wood stove provided free of charge) and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (accessible to guests with limited mobility), a separate toilet, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 2 of which can be converted into a 180-cm bed. On the first floor: 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and a sink; a bathroom; and a separate toilet. Wifi Internet, a DVD player, and baby equipment are available. Geothermal central heating included. Rates include all utilities.
All shops and services in Condat, 10 km away.
"Tourism and Handicap" certification (hearing, mental, mobility, and visual impairments) for the ground floor of the holiday cottage.

Pascale Magnifique séjour !
Une maison magnifique, perdue au milieu de nulle part, comme nous aimons !
Intérieur chaleureux et très confortable, très fonctionnel pour 12 personnes.
Point de vue superbe et grand terrain de jeu sécurisé pour les enfants.
Nous avons pu manger dehors plusieurs fois.
Les propriétaires se sont déplacés très gentiment les deux fois où nous avons eu besoin d'eux pour nous rendre service.- Cleanliness

Gite idéal en tous points....
Superbement placé avec une très belle vue panoramique.
Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires qui vivent à côté de cette superbe grange.
Côté place, elle ne manque pas, chambre et commodités pour PMR au rdc + très grand séjour, 4 chambres confortables à l'étage avec commodités.
Tout est prévu pour un séjour de qualité dans un environnement exceptionnel.
Côté confort, chauffage par le sol, un vrai cocon...
En clair, vous l'avez deviné, nous recommandons ce gîte.

famiy sejour dans le Cantal
Gîte très agréable, bien isolé sur le plateau du Cézallier, très belles randos au départ du gîte et aux alentours. petit problème de chauffe-eau, vite réglé par les propriétaires, très sympathiques et discrets.
