Situated between Saint-Flour and Brioude, on the border with the Haute-Loire, this fully renovated former sheepfold with its personalized decor welcomes you in a setting conducive to relaxation and disconnection. Featuring a private 4-person spa open all year round, it offers a true space of well-being in the heart of the Margeride. There are many activities available in the region: Hiking in the Monts du Cantal, discovering the emblematic Viaduc de Garabit designed by Gustave Eiffel, exceptional panoramic views over Lake Grandval and the Truyère gorges, swimming and water sports at the Garabit-Mallet Base de loisirs (canoeing, kayaking, pedal-boating, sailing...). You can also visit Saint-Flour's Cathedral Saint-Pierre, Brioude's Basilique Saint-Julien, the spa village of Chaudes-Aigues and the Vulcania park. This Holiday cottage offers you a timeless interlude, where the authenticity of old stones meets contemporary comfort. This single-storey cottage has its own private enclosed grounds with terraces, garden furniture and plancha. You'll enjoy a pleasant living room with a lounge area featuring a flat-screen TV, internet access and a wood-burning stove (provided free of charge), as well as a fully-equipped kitchenette. The Holiday cottage also includes a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and a separate WC. For your comfort, the bed will be made up on arrival, and towels and two bathrobes will be provided. Electric heating included. Rates include all utilities. The gîte is located on the owners' property, where there are also Bed and breakfast facilities. Grocery and bread store nearby.
