Situated in the heart of the Carladès region, this fully renovated detached character house welcomes you to the small hamlet of Escoubiac. It combines the charm of yesteryear with modernity and meticulous decoration.
Nestled between the Monts du Cantal and the Aveyron department, you can explore the wide-open spaces of the Volcans d'Auvergne and Aubrac Regional Nature Parks. You can enjoy downhill skiing at the Super Lioran resort, cross-country skiing at Pailherols, fishing in the Goul or Cère rivers, Swimming at the Laussac peninsula and Hiking on the Imaginaire du Carladès trails. You can also visit the castles of Messilhac and Pesteils and discover the rocky sites of Ronesque and Carlat.
The Holiday cottage benefits from 200m² of enclosed grounds with private parking, terrace with 3-person Jacuzzi available all year round, garden furniture and plancha. On the 1st level, kitchenette with dining area. On the 2nd level, living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV, Internet access and 1-person sofa bed. On the 3rd level, mezzanine bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, 1 semi-open shower room with WC and sleeping area with 1 single bed in the attic accessible by a miller's ladder. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and bathrobes. Electric heating included. All-inclusive rates.

Billier-Dubois Un séjour vraiment parfait
Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Dans un premier temps un très bon contact en amont pour préparer notre séjour. Accueil très agréable, Mélanie est une personne très sympathique. Le gîte est magnifique avec une décoration très soignée. La propreté est impeccable ! Au niveau du confort, là encore c’est parfait. Literie très confortable et le gîte est vraiment équipé de tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour sans encombre. Le lieu est vraiment très paisible et il y a beaucoup de beau paysage à visiter.
Merci encore nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Très joli gîte au calme. Pour les amoureux de la nature, foncez! Vous serez conquis! Profitez de la pluie des étoiles filantes tout en étant dans le jaccuzzi et en ayant en arrière fond le bruit de la nature (chouette), ça n'a pas de prix.
La propriétaire est très accueillante et toujours au petits soins (petits cadeaux de bienvenue pour nous mais également pour notre toutou)- Cleanliness

Bon accueil de Mélanie, elle nous a préparé une mini piscine pour notre berger australien qui s'est arrosé des notre arrivée
Terrasse et Spa très agréable à l'abri des regards avec une magnifique vue sur le pre
Nous avons aimé être entouré d'animauxUn barbecue et un ventilateur(en-cas de forte chaleur) seraient très appréciable.

Les nordistes Location vacances
Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible, logement très propre avec environnement très appréciable pour être au calme. Très bel espace détente (salon de jardin et spa), beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région n'hésitez pas à visiter.
