Situated in the heart of the Carladès region, this fully renovated detached character house welcomes you to the small hamlet of Escoubiac. It combines the charm of yesteryear with modernity and meticulous decoration.
Nestled between the Monts du Cantal and the Aveyron department, you can explore the wide-open spaces of the Volcans d'Auvergne and Aubrac Regional Nature Parks. You can enjoy downhill skiing at the Super Lioran resort, cross-country skiing at Pailherols, fishing in the Goul or Cère rivers, Swimming at the Laussac peninsula and Hiking on the Imaginaire du Carladès trails. You can also visit the castles of Messilhac and Pesteils and discover the rocky sites of Ronesque and Carlat.
The Holiday cottage benefits from 200m² of enclosed grounds with private parking, terrace with 3-person Jacuzzi available all year round, garden furniture and plancha. On the 1st level, kitchenette with dining area. On the 2nd level, living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV, Internet access and 1-person sofa bed. On the 3rd level, mezzanine bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, 1 semi-open shower room with WC and sleeping area with 1 single bed in the attic accessible by a miller's ladder. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and bathrobes. Electric heating included. All-inclusive rates.

L'accueil et les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très chaleureux.
Nous avont beaucoup apprécié les produits locaux en guise de bienvenue.
Le gîte est magnifique,rénové et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
De plus,il est très bien équipé.
Le logement était impeccable, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Et le jacuzzi était très agréable après les randonnées pour se délasser, le tout avec une vue magnifique.

Avons passé une excellente semaine à la Balconnière !Sympathique accueil, gîte très propre, identique aux photos, produits régionaux nous attendent à l arrivée. Rien ne manque même les chiens ne sont pas oubliés (paniers, bols, friandises)
Spa agréable après les randos et feu de cheminée pour clôturer la journée !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le logement de Mélanie. Nous cherchions un logement pendant les vacances d’hiver pour nous et nos deux bergers australiens (dont un chien extrêmement sensible et réactif). Mélanie nous a proposé son logement en nous assurant que nous serions tranquilles. Effectivement, ce fut le cas et nous avons pu passer une belle semaine avec nos deux chiens. Les services proposés (spa, bois de chauffage) sont impeccables, la propreté était exemplaire à notre arrivée et Mélanie s’est trouvée très arrangeante pour notre heure d’arrivée comme pour notre heure de départ. Nous avons déjà recommandé ce gîte autour de nous ! Et nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Mélanie, peut être en été cette fois-ci ! Merci pour tout Mélanie.
