Located 15 km from Aurillac, this charming semi-detached house from 1813—attached to the owner’s home and fully renovated in 2025—welcomes you to the small village of Carlat. It combines old-world charm—with its exposed beams, stone walls, and beautiful fireplace—with tasteful, personalized decor.
Nearby, you can enjoy a variety of activities: rock climbing just 400 meters away, a virtual tour of the ancient rock fortress in Carlat, visits to Vic-sur-Cère and Aurillac, exploring the Ronesque site, Golfing in Vézac, Fishing, water sports, and swimming at Lake Sarrans, visiting castles, and numerous hikes nearby and in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park.
This holiday cottage features a storage room for bicycles and motorcycles, an enclosed yard with a patio equipped with outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. You can relax here while enjoying the unobstructed view of the Aubrac and the Aveyron. Private parking on the property across from the holiday cottage entrance on Rue Elie Sergues.
On the first level, a living room with a fireplace featuring a wood-pellet stove (3 bags included, then €6 per additional bag), a flat-screen TV, and Wifi Internet, plus a fully equipped kitchenette. On the second level, 1 large bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a relaxation area, and a bathroom with a toilet. Electric heating charged based on usage. Bed linen is provided free of charge. Rates are all inclusive during high and peak seasons. Rentals are available only from Sunday to Sunday.
