Located 15km from Aurillac, this 1813 character house, semi-detached from the owner's house and fully renovated in 2025, welcomes you to the small village of Carlat. It combines the charm of yesteryear, with its beams, exposed stonework and beautiful fireplace, with meticulous, personalized decoration.
Nearby, you'll find a wide range of activities: rock-climbing 400 m away, a virtual tour of the ancient fortress of Le Rocher in Carlat, visits to Vic sur Cère and Aurillac, the Ronesque site, golf in Vézac, fishing, water sports and swimming at Lake Sarrans, visits to chateaux and numerous Hiking trails nearby and in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne.
This Holiday cottage has a storage room for bikes and motorcycles, and enclosed grounds with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a gas barbecue. Here you can relax and admire the unobstructed view of the Aubrac and Aveyron mountains. Public parking lot available 50m from the house.
On the 1st level, living room with fireplace and pellet stove (3 bags free, then €6 per additional bag), flat-screen TV and wifi internet access, fully-equipped kitchenette. On the second level, 1 large bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, sitting area and shower room with WC. Electric heating according to consumption. Bed linen provided free of charge. All-inclusive rates in high and very high seasons. Rentals only from Sunday to Sunday.
