Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne and close to the ski slopes, this beautiful, fully-renovated character house dating from 1837, adjoining the owner's residence, welcomes you to a pleasant hamlet.
Enjoy Nordic activities at the Col de Prat de Bouc, 8 km away, or at the Super Lioran ski resort, 16 km away (cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ice rink, etc.). You can also visit the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, discover the Cantal mountains (Plomb du Cantal 8 km, Grand Site National du Puy Mary,...), Romanesque churches, numerous castles and the Maison de la Faune in Murat.
This gîte benefits from 300 m² of enclosed grounds, 2000 m² of meadow and a carport.
First floor: fitted kitchenette, spacious living room with fireplace (free wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV, DVD player, wifi internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and TV, shower room with toilet, storage room with 10kg washing machine and tumble dryer. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate toilet, relaxation area with TV.     Très beau gîte typique !

    Idéal pour un séjour en famille, une chambre confortable pour chacun, tout le confort nécessaire et un jardin clos pour nos toutous qui étaient également les bienvenus ! Un chemin en forêt, juste en face, mène directement à une cascade !!! c'était vraiment parfait.

    Week-end de Pâques en famille

    Gîte avec tout le nécessaire pour accueillir un grande famille. Accueil vraiment très agréable, propriétaire très à l’écoute et réactif.
    Le gîte est très bien agencé pour accueillir une grande famille. Chacun y trouve son espace. Si vous souhaitez calme et tranquillité je vous le conseille vivement.

    Un super gîte pour de superbes moments

    Ce gîte est grand, spacieux, les lits sont confortables, les chambres sont très bien isolées. Nous sommes à côté de Murat, qui offre tout ce dont on a besoin (intermarché, marché le vendredi, banques, petits commerces, office de tourisme...) pour le ski, nous sommes à 8 min de la piste du prat de bouc et à 20 min en voiture du centre de la station du Lioran. Nous sommes venus avec nos chiens, et eux aussi ont passé un excellent moment. Merci beaucoup à Mr et Mme Pons pour ce séjour.

    Très agréable séjour familial dans ce gîte bien adapté et confortable .
    Propriétaires attentifs ,disponibles et discrets.
    Le gîte est idéalement situé : ski,rando à proximité et l environnement est paisible.
    Bel endroit pour se ressourcer .
