Isolated, in the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie and close to the Lot valley, this fully renovated 1850 detached house welcomes you in pleasant surroundings, surrounded by meadows and forest.
Many activities are available nearby: canoeing at Vieillevie, hiking in the Monts du Cantal and Châtaigneraie, discovering the Truyère gorges, the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, visiting Conques classified as the Most Beautiful Village in France, the village of Laguiole, the Petites Cités de Caractère of Marcolès and Montsalvy. The gîte is 3 km from a stage on the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route.
You'll enjoy unfenced grounds, a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, as well as a covered carport, a garage for motorcycles and 2 horse stalls.
