Situated between the Col de Légal and Aurillac, this detached character house with wooden roof welcomes you to the heart of the Authre valley in a peaceful setting.
Nestled at the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, you can enjoy hiking, discover the Jordanne gorges, visit the villages of Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, as well as the town of Aurillac, and enjoy swimming and water sports at the Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake.
The gîte has 1700 m² of unenclosed land with a landing, and a south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking next to the gîte or along the road above the house in winter. First floor: living room with fireplace (wood-burning stove €5 per box), flat-screen TV and DVD player, fitted kitchenette. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single trundle beds, bathroom with toilet. Narrow spiral staircase (50 cm wide) leading to first floor. Electric heating, electricity extra according to consumption. Rates include all utilities in high and very high seasons. Area covered by Orange 4G.
