Nestled in a privileged environment 10 km from the medieval town of Salers, this detached character house, with its meticulous, personalized decor, welcomes you on the banks of the Auze river in 5000 m² of unenclosed grounds. The 8x4m private swimming pool is open and heated from May to September, and is equipped with an electric roller shutter.
Near Puy Mary, you can discover the Cantalien massif with its hiking trails (GR4, GR400), its puys (Puy Violent, Puy Chavaroche, Puy Mary, ...), and the Salins waterfall. You can also discover the region's rich architectural heritage by visiting Salers and Tournemire, classified as France's most beautiful villages, and the châteaux of Anjony, Trémolière and Auzers.
Situated just off the D22, this house boasts a pleasant outdoor space with a swimming pool, a large terrace with garden furniture, a lounge, a plancha and deckchairs. There's also a leisure area with a pétanque court, trampoline and swing. First floor: large, bright living room with flat-screen TV, NETFLIX subscription, wifi internet access and sound bar, fully-equipped built-in kitchenette and 1 separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and en-suite shower room with wc, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with spa bath, shower and wc, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room with wc. 2nd floor: large mezzanine with 2 single beds, flat-screen TV and games console, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 shower room with toilet. All rooms have flat-screen TV. Beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided. Electric heating with reversible air conditioning included in the rental price. Rates include all charges. Cleaning deposit 150€.
