You will have a private 8x4m swimming pool open and heated from May to September equipped with an electric roller shutter.
Near Puy Mary, you can discover the Cantal massif with its hiking trails (GR4, GR400), its puys (Puy Violent, Puy Chavaroche, Puy Mary, etc.), and the Salins waterfall. You can also discover the richness of the built heritage by visiting Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages of France, and the castles of Anjony, la Trémolière and Auzers.
Located on the edge of the D22, this house has a pleasant outdoor space with a swimming pool, a large terrace with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, plancha and deck chairs. A leisure area is also at your disposal with a pétanque court, trampoline and swing. On the ground floor, large bright living room with flat screen TV, NETFLIX subscription, wifi internet access and soundbar, fully equipped integrated kitchen area and 1 separate toilet.
