In summer, you can enjoy swimming, fishing, sailing, paddle-boarding, canoeing and pedal-boating just 2 minutes' walk from the house. You can also go hiking in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, and visit Vulcania and Val Castle. Nestled between the Monts du Cantal and the Massif du Sancy, in winter you can enjoy cross-country and downhill skiing less than 30 minutes from the gîte.
The house has an enclosed courtyard and unenclosed grounds with private parking. The 2 terraces feature garden furniture and a barbecue.
On the first floor, the gîte features a spacious living room with flat-screen TV, internet access and terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom and separate WC. Oil-fired central heating. Rates include all utilities.
