Located close to the ski resorts of Prat de Bouc and Super-Lioran, this 1850 character house, adjoining another gîte, has the Gîte de neige label and welcomes you to a pleasant mountain hamlet in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne.
There's plenty to do in the area: discover Gustave Eiffel's Garabit viaduct, the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, visit the castles of Alleuze and Sailhant, the aqua park in Saint-Flour, swimming and fishing at the Grandval dam and in the Truyère gorges, hiking in the Monts du Cantal (Puy Mary, Puy Griou, Plomb du Cantal....), winter sports at the Prat de Bouc and Super-Lioran resorts.
You benefit from a terrace and enclosed grounds with garden furniture and barbecue on the front of the house, as well as private parking to the rear. You also have access to a private 600m² non-adjoining and non-enclosed plot opposite the house, equipped with garden furniture, a swing and slide, soccer cages and a fish pond. First floor: fitted kitchenette, spacious living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, fiber-optic internet access and wood-burning stove (free wood), storeroom, laundry room, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet.
