Nestled in a small hamlet over 1000 m above sea level, between Murat and Saint-Flour, this detached character house welcomes you to a peaceful setting with uninterrupted views of the Cantal mountains.
Alongside the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela, you can enjoy Hiking in the Cantal mountains (Puy Mary, Puy Griou, Plomb du Cantal...) and discover the wealth of the region's built heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, the Château du Sailhant, the Garabit Viaduct, the work of Gustave Eiffel, and the Chaudes-Aigues spa. You can also enjoy Nordic activities (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing...) at the Lioran and Prat de Bouc resorts, as well as Fishing, Swimming and water sports in the Truyère gorges.
The Holiday cottage benefits from an enclosed plot to the front and side with a small terrace overlooking the Plomb du Cantal, and a second enclosed plot to the rear of the Holiday cottage overlooking the Cézallier, accessible from the laundry room or from the outside with covered terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. There are also 3 adult bikes, 2 Kids bikes, table soccer, table tennis and several musical instruments (synthesizer, guitar).
On the first floor, living room with TV and wood-burning stove (2 cases offered, then €10 per additional case), living room with kitchenette and dining room with pellet stove (€7.50 per bag), shower room, separate toilet and laundry room.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, TV and private open-plan shower room, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed and separate toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and separate wc. Wifi Internet access. Oil-fired central heating (according to consumption). Supplement €20/week/pet. Possibility of renting with Holiday cottage 518 in the same hamlet.
