Semi-detached gîte for 5 people with fitness room and beds made up on arrival, situated in a peaceful setting in the heart of the Carladès region.

Nestled in a small mid-mountain hamlet 14 km from Vic-sur-Cère at the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this fully-renovated former barn dating from 1829 is accessible via a 100 m carriage road. It comprises two Holiday cottages (n°66 and 68), and welcomes you to a peaceful setting at the top of the rising slope of the Goul valley.
This region is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking (Monts du Cantal, Gorges de la Truyère, Pas de Cère, Col de Curebourse, etc.), downhill and cross-country skiing (Super-Lioran ski resort and cross-country ski center at Pailherols), Swimming, Fishing, water sports on the Laussac peninsula and golf at Vézac, 18 km away.
You can also discover the medieval towns of Vic-sur-Cère, Murat and Mur-de-Barrez, and the sites of Ronesque and Carlat.
This Holiday cottage benefits from a private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, as well as a semi-enclosed area shared with the other Holiday cottage, with a swing and table tennis table. 2 mountain bikes for adults and 2 for Kids are also available for use by both Holiday cottages.
First floor: fitted kitchenette (table linen provided), living room with wood-burning stove (wood free of charge), flat-screen TV, stereo system and WiFi Internet access, separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 3 x 90x200cm beds, shower room, separate toilet. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival.
There's also a common room with a fitness area (rowing machine, stepper, elliptical bike), table soccer, board games and a relaxation area with library.
Electric heating according to consumption. All-inclusive rates in high and very high seasons. Cleaning deposit €50. Shops in Raulhac 4 km and Mur de Barrez 12 km.
