Situated close to Puy Mary, France's Grand Site National, and 9 km from the village of Salers, this detached character house welcomes you to a small hamlet in the Maronne valley.
Nearby villages include Salers and Tournemire, classified as France's most beautiful villages, and the châteaux of Trémolière, Anjony and Auzers. This region is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking (GR400, GR, Puy Violent, Grand Site National du Puy Mary nearby), Nordic activities and fishing (Maronne river 500 m from the gîte).
This gîte has an unfenced plot accessible from the laundry room or from outside, a covered terrace with bioclimatic pergola equipped with garden furniture and a lounge.
First floor: fitted kitchen and living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove (free wood), TV, hi-fi system, wifi Internet access. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), shower room, separate toilet. Garden level: separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric heating according to consumption.

Sylvain Agréable séjour dans le Cantal
Séjour très agréable. La maison a été très bien rénovée : belle déco, très bonne isolation thermique et un poële à bois qui fonctionne bien. Je recommande.

PH45 Un gîte agréable et calme
Le gîte est bien situé au fond de la vallée et dans une impasse. Donc calme et avec vue sur les vallons où les vaches paissent tranquillement. 2 itinéraires pour Salers où le tourisme y est roi. Belle région.

gîte très confortable bien équipé terrasse très appréciée .La région est vraiment idéale pour la randonnée, le hameau perché vous isole du reste du monde une vraie échappée

Lieu très agréable, on ne peut pas être plus au calme . Superbe panorama vu de la terrasse qu'on ne se lasse pas de regarder. Un gîte vraiment bien aménagé (avec goût ).
Assez proche de Salers .
Ce fût un beau moment pour notre famille dans le Cantal.À recommander !

agate endroit magnifique
Un joli gîte où vieilles pierres et matériaux anciens côtoient un décor moderne : une réussite. BRAVO pour la rénovation de cette maison ancienne dans laquelle tout a été pensé dans le moindre détail.
Calme, superbe vue...un endroit idéal pour les amoureux de la nature.....sans oublier
l'excellent accueil du propriétaire et sa gentille attention. Merci.

T et M-P Excellent gîte dans un très bel environnement
Le gîte mérite amplement ses 3 épis. Très spacieux. Bien équipé.
Nous avons en particulier apprécié la vue depuis la terrasse.
Très belle région pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la vraie nature.
