Located near the Plomb du Cantal, the Brezons valley and in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this charming, fully renovated 1819 character house, semi-detached from a year-round rental, welcomes you to the village of Cézens.
Many activities nearby: downhill, cross-country and snowshoe skiing at the Prat de Bouc ski resort 11 km away, cross-country skiing center in the village of Cézens (preferential rate for Holiday cottage guests), Chaudes-Aigues spa 26 km away, Swimming, Fishing and water sports at the Truyère gorges and Sarrans Lake (canoeing, sailing, pedal boats,....) 20 km away, Cantal mountains (Puy Mary, Puy Griou,...), visits to the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour.
This house has 300 m² of enclosed grounds with private parking. You'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchenette, spacious living room with flat-screen TV, wireless Internet access, fireplace (wood-burning stove €30/heater), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, shower room, separate wc. Electric heating according to consumption.

    Jolie découverte

    Petit quoique sur le ménage à notre arrivée ! Mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un délicieux séjour dans ce gîte de grande capacité, très bien équipé.
    Nous sommes venu en période de canicule chez nous (Minervois) pour trouver un peu de fraîcheur. L'épaisseur des murs de la maison font qu'il y fait frais, et les 2 tilleuls
    sur la terrasse font office de parasol naturel.
    N'hésitez pas à aller voir Thomas à sa ferme et, d'aller déjeuner à l'auberge à deux pas du gîte.
    Nous reviendrons, et je conseillerai ce gîte.

    super!!

    Très bon séjour passé au sein du gite en famille,que du bonheur!

    Accueil très humain,le gite rien à dire,et nous avions une fille en fauteuil ou l'espace PMR est bien adapté.

    Merci au maire qui nous a accueilli d'avoir fait le nécessaire avec les personnes concernés pour l'accès au fauteuil coté jardin, car des travaux était en cours de ce côté.

    Très bon séjour,je le recommande!

    Réunion famille

    Accueil chaleureux, déco de Noël, cheminée allumée. Responsables dévoués et disponibles de suite pour résoudre les quelques problèmes de fonctionnement.Gîte spacieux manquant de rien, calme et bien situé. Idéal pour un séjour en famille et malgré une météo défavorable les premiers jours la nuit de Noël nous a apporté la neige, un régal pour les petits et les grands.C'était la deuxième fois que nous réservions ce gîte à la même époque et nous avons eu autant de plaisir que la première (2017).
